No. Every service at Norra Health — including cardiology checkups and dental care — can be booked directly, online or by phone. If your treatment ever needs a specialist we don't have in-house, we handle the referral paperwork for you.
We're in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Providence and Moda Health. Paying out of pocket? Our full price list is published on this page and at reception — the number you see is the number you pay.
We guarantee an in-clinic slot within the same week — last quarter, 78% of patients were seen within 48 hours. Telehealth visits are available same-day until 8 PM, seven days a week.
A photo ID, your insurance card, and a list of any current medications. Transferring from another clinic? Sign our one-page records-release form and we'll fetch your history for you. Arriving ten minutes early leaves time for a coffee — it's free, and it's good.
Yes — your first-ever Norra visit can be a video call. It's a flat $55, your doctor can send most prescriptions straight to your pharmacy, and if anything needs an in-person look we'll book you in and credit the telehealth fee toward that visit.
